PSG are simply superior in Ligue 1.

And today Zlatan played a major role in their easy win over Toulouse.

Two goals and one assist, PSG won 5-0.

– Even if you play good you can lose a game. Todat we played very good and won the game and I think we have control over the league, Zlatan said after the game.

 

It was time for PSG to bounce back after Real Madrid and on the menu was a lowplaced Toulouse. And as expected this was no problem for Les Parisiens, who won 5-0.

 

EARLY LEAD BY PSG

PSG came out bombarding directly at the start and took the lead already in the 6th minute when Di Maria struck a freekick cross hard into the penalty area. No one reached the ball and goalkeeper Ahamada misjudged it so it went directly in goal. 1-0, PSG.

 

ZLATAN MADE IT 2-0

PSG kept going and the game was very onesided in the first twenty minutes. In the 18th minute they scored again. Di Maria crossed to Zlatan in the penalty area - Zlatan's header was too high and got to a Toulouse-defender who made a big mistake and headed it back to Zlatan - who headed it in the empty net. 2-0, PSG. Despite several more chances by PSG in the first half, they didn't score more goals. 2-0 to PSG at halftime.

 

LUCAS CAME IN AND DECIDED THE GAME

In the 64th minute Blanc subbed Di Maria/Cavani for Lucas/Lavezzi. And it only took two minutes for Lucas to show his manager why. A couple of beautiful moves by Lucas - pass to Zlatan - Z out to Van der Wiel on the wing - cross into Lucas who headed the ball in goal. Great goal by PSG, 3-0 and that was it.

 

ZLATAN'S SECOND AND ASSIST TO LAVEZZI

They wanted more though. In the 75th minute Zlatan scored his second. Lucas dribbled beautifully again and took a shot which Ahamada saved but Zlatan shot the rebound in goal. 4-0 to PSG. And just after, in the 78th, Zlatan surprised everybody with an unexpected pass to Lavezzi who got open with Ahamada and made it 5-0 to PSG. That became the final result in a completely onesided game where PSG once again demonstrated their superiority in Ligue 1.

 

 

ZLATAN.

Ibra looked interested and playful in the first half. In the 18th minute he scored on a header in Toulouse's empty net after his own header was horribly headed back to him by a Toulouse-defender. Zlatan's 8th Ligue 1-goal this season. 6 minutes later he fired a very hard shot from the left but keeper Ahamada saved. He had one more header over the goal and was very involved in PSG's passing. Total 3 attempts, great first half by Ibra.

 

In the second he was more quiet in the beginning. But his ending was excellent and he played a big part when PSG scored three goals in the last end of the game. First he was involved in Lucas 3-0 with a great pass out to assister Van der Wiel. He then scored his second goal of the game, after Lucas took a shot. Zlatan threw himself on the rebound and his right shot meant 4-0 to PSG in the 75th minute. And then only minutes later he assisted Lavezzi to 5-0 with a very smart unexpected pass.

 

2 goals and 1 assist from Ibra. Even though the opponent may not have been the best this was an excellent performance by Zlatan. He has now scored 9 goals and made 4 assists in 8 Ligue 1-games and now is the leading top goalscorer in Ligue 1.
