ZLATAN'S THOUGHTS AFTER PSG-MONTPELLIER

PSG is not a winning machine anymore. After 0-0 at home against Montpeiller, the PSG-crowd started booing. Read Zlatan's thoughts after the game.

The match against Montpellier ends 0-0, even though you have a big advantage both in ball possession and goal attempts. Why is it that you don't win tonight?

ZLATAN: "We are having a bad period right now. I don't know why, really."

Already an hour into the match, the home crowd starts to show their discontent. Do you understand the outcry, or do you think they should show support when things are hard?

ZLATAN: "The team is not playing well, so this is what happens when the crowd gets anxious. That's just how it is."

Last season, you won the home match against Montpellier 4-0 and you had 44 points after 19 played matches. This should be compared to the 38 points you have now. Is this year's edition of PSG not as good as last year's?

ZLATAN: "We haven't performed as well as we did last season."

Now Ligue 1 goes on a Christmas break and your next league match is against Bastia on the 10th of January. How will you and PSG make the most of the break to be back in the best possible form for 2015?

ZLATAN: "Now we are going to rest, and then we start over for the next year. We will be back in the best possible form for 2015."

ZLATAN: "Yes, I'm on the squad."

ZLATAN'S THOUGHTS AFTER GUINGAMP-PSG

PSG lost to Guingamp and Zlatan was disappointed after the game. Read his thoughts.

You lost for the first time this year, and this against Guingamp, a team that was seventh-placed before today's match. It ends 1-0 for the home team – a fair result?

ZLATAN: "Yes. I would say so."

Would you rather compliment Guingamp on their performance, or criticize PSG for yours?

ZLATAN: "Both. I want to criticize and compliment."

In the beginning of the second half you got hit in a duel and seemed to be in pain. Did that linger throughout the match?

ZLATAN: "No, that was no problem. I only felt it briefly."

Neither you, nor PSG, were at your best tonight. In your opinion, why is it that you don't quite get the flow in your game?

ZLATAN: "To get the right flow, and to win the matches, we need to work harder."

PSG LOST UNINSPIRING GAME

ZLATAN'S THOUGHTS BEFORE GUINGAMP-PSG

Zlatan is in the PSG-squad for tomorrow's game vs Guingamp. Zlatan answers questions before the game tomorrow. About the laughing with Messi, the Guingamp-pitch and him going into the Top 10 Champions League Goalscorers of all time.

Your busy match schedule continues tomorrow when you meet Guingamp. Will we see you in the lineup?

ZLATAN: "Yes, I'm in the squad."

Your goal in the match against Barcelona got you the spot as the tenth best scorer of all times in the European cups. Congratulations on writing football history once again – but surely you will climb a few more positions before retiring?

ZLATAN: "Yes, I hope so. But it's not as important as winning that match."

The Spanish media was bursting of curiosity after your match against Barcelona. "What was it Messi, Motta, and Zlatan was talking and laughing about in the players' tunnel at Camp Nou?". So now we need to ask; What was it Messi, Motta, and Zlatan was talking and laughing about in the players' tunnel at Camp Nou?

ZLATAN: "No no, that stays between us..."

Tomorrow's oppontent, Guingamp, started the season weakly, but last week they qualified for the Europa League play-offs and they enter Stade du Roudourou with three straight wins. What kind of match do you anticipate tomorrow?

ZLATAN: "I think it's going to be a hard and tough match."

Last year's meeting at Stade du Roudourou was a really difficult match, much due to the poor condition of the pitch. How much problems can a bad pitch cause for a "playing" team like PSG?

ZLATAN: "It ruins quite a lot, but I don't think it's a problem just for "playing" teams."

Guingamp-PSG is played Sunday 14 December 17.00 CET.

ZLATAN'S THOUGHTS AFTER PSG-NANTES

Read the interview with Zlatan after PSG-Nantes.

Nantes started the match really strong and got an early lead. But in the 34th minute there was a beautiful counter-attack that resulted in 1-1, Pastore to Lucas who reaches you at the first goal-post. You and PSG performed much better after the goal and took over the match completely. Is it self-confidence that make this big a difference for you, or is it simply due to that your opponents can't keep up with the tempo throughout the whole match?

ZLATAN: "We were unlucky and they scored a goal on us, which made things harder. What's important then is to create chances and score on them. "

In the 48th minute you took a free kick that normally would go to someone who is left-footed. All of Parc des Princes shouted "Ibra" and you put 2-1 in the net with a real screamer. You kept growing throughout the game, played the full 90 minutes, scored two goals for your PSG, and seemed to be in great shape. There is a lot of talk about your form right now, but today it looked really good. Does it feel as good as it seem?

ZLATAN: "Physically I need to play more matches and that will also get the rhythm going again. But the heel is not 100 %. "

You dominated the second half for a long time, but then there were several substitutions from both teams which broke this positive trend a bit. On your part it seems like risking a one-goal lead. Were PSG's substitutions planned due to next week's Champions League match and that you want to rest players?

ZLATAN: "That's something our coach keeps track of."

On Wednesday, it's time for Barcelona away in the Champions League. The group victory is at stake and as you have said before this is of great importance considering the other group winners. This top meeting will attract more than 90 000 catalans to Europe's biggest arena. Of course PSG are aiming for a very important goal; both defeating Barcelona and winning the group. For group victory a draw is enough. When do you leave for Spain and how psyched are you for this clash of giants on your old home ground?

ZLATAN: "It's going to be really special, as always when you meet one of your old clubs. It will be a great and exciting match."

ZLATAN'S THOUGHTS BEFORE PSG-NANTES

Zlatan is available for tomorrow's game against Nantes, but he says that the pain in his heel is still there.

After resting in Wednesday night's match, you and PSG are up against Nantes on Parc des Princes tomorrow. Will you be in the lineup?

ZLATAN: "Yes, I'm available."

There are constant speculation about your injury problems. The last week we could read that your injury will trouble you for the rest of the season. How much is the injury really bothering you right and for how long do you think it will do so?

ZLATAN: "As I've said before, I'm not 100 % yet. I don't know when the pain will go away - but I'm working on it. The way I feel today is sufficient to be able to play matches."

If we instead focus on the match tomorrow. How are you going to handle FC Nantes with the league's third best defensive line statistically?

ZLATAN: "We will attack and play the game we do best."

Right now there are not much rest between matches, in just a month you have played nine. How much does the tight schedule affect the squad and the way you play?

ZLATAN: "We are used to it, but the coach rotates the team so there is a good balance although we have a tough schedule."

PSG'S WINNING STREAK BROKEN

PSG had won 9 straight games, last lost point came on 5th October.

But tonight they played 1-1 away against Lille. Without Zlatan Ibrahimović.

THE GAME

Edinson Cavani scored his 7th league goal in the 29th minute. Lucas broke through, passed to the right to Lavezzi who crossed in to Cavani who got his right foot just before goalkeeper Enyeama, 1-0 to Paris.

They didn't hold on to the lead too long. In the 42th minute Lille got a corner to the right. Corchias low corner was headed towards the goal where Sirigu saved it, but put the rebound straight on Pastore so the ball landed on the goal line, where Sirigu put it in his own goal. 1-1.

PSG was the better team with 9-3 in goal chances and 62-38 % ball possession but didn't manage to score.
