ZLATAN'S THOUGHTS BEFORE CAEN-PSG

Read Zlatan's thoughts before the Ligue 1 game against Caen. Unfortunately he will miss the game due to his injury.

Tomorrow PSG take on tenth placed SM Caen. The club is from Caen in Normandy, approximately 200 kilometers west of Paris, and has fourteen seasons in Ligue 1. The last season was 2011/12, when they ended in eighteenth place. What are your thoughts before tomorrow's match?

ZLATAN: "I think it will be similar to the others – a match where we dominate the game."

The criticism against PSG has been hard after three straight 1-1 matches, and a fifth place in the league. How do you see the criticism and the growing dissatisfaction among the fans?

ZLATAN: "With the squad we've got we should win every match we play. This pressure is normal for us, and that's the pressure we always play under. It's really no difference between the situation we're in now compared to the other thirteen years I've been a professional player. But this game is about who is the winner in end – and the season is long."

After eight competition matches played, PSG have started with eight different lineups. Is the lack of continuity a problem?

ZLATAN: "We have a big squad, and we play many matches. So it's vital to keep all players at 100 %, and that's why it's important to alternate and let many players get match time."

Wednesday's match is the second out of four in ten days. What is your physical status? How well does your body cope with the tight schedule?

ZLATAN: "I've been injured in the Achilles tendon since the Rennes match. I only played the match against Lyon thanks to injections. Now I need to get back to 100 % to be able to play my game, and that's why I'm not playing tomorrow. Then we just have to wait and see what my status is before the match this weekend."

ZLATAN'S THOUGHTS AFTER PSG-LYON

PSG drew 1-1 at home against Lyon, read Zlatan's thoughts after the game.

It's the first time this year that you lose points at Parc des Princes, and the first time this year that you let in a goal at home. Are you content with your own and the team's effort anyway?

ZLATAN: "We try our best, but we can't seem to capitalize on what we are doing. Now it's important that we keep working hard and just keep on going."

You have more shots on goal and dominate the ball possession, but you leave the game with just one point. In your opinion, why is it that you don't get all three points against Lyon??

ZLATAN: "We got chances to score 2-0, and if we did it would have been a completely different match. But these things happen, that you get a goal against you towards the end."

After tonight's match, you have ten points – two points behind Lille, and three points behind the trio Marseille, Bordeaux, and St. Etienne. Which team, or teams, do you see as your main competition for the gold?

ZLATAN: "It's early in the season so it's hard to say already."

Ligue 1 continues already on Wednesday, when you face Caen away. Is it tough to play the next game so soon, or is it a relief to get the chance to do better as soon as possible?

ZLATAN: "It's better to have a match soon, so we can correct the errors we did today."

ZLATAN'S THOUGHTS BEFORE PSG-LYON

Read Zlatan's thoughts before the Ligue 1-game against Lyon.

Sunday evening, you meet Lyon in the last match of the sixth round. In the previous round, Lyon won against Monaco, but they have not beaten PSG at Parc des Princes since 2007. Is there anything that speaks to their favor tomorrow?

ZLATAN: "We are a good team, but sure, I guess anything can happen."

If you should lose the match tomorrow you are at least four points begind the Ligue 1 leader. Would you say that the match against is a must-win?

ZLATAN: "To me there is no such thing as a game that is lost in advance."

The last few days, there has been talk in the media about dissatisfaction and conflicts in the PSG squad. Is there any truth to the rumours, and in that case, do you think it affects your performance?

ZLATAN: "That's just a figment of the media's imagination."

So far, the away games haven't resulted in the desired amounts of points, but at home you haven't lost a single point this season. In the last home game, you beat the top competitor Saint-Etienne 5-0 and you scored three of the goals. Why is it that you are so strong at Parc des Princes?

ZLATAN: "We have great home support, and also, things have simply fallen into place and run more smoothly at home."

Speaking of the home ground - does Paris feel like home for you now? And how is your French coming along?

ZLATAN: "I get on really well in Paris and my French is getting better all the time."

ZLATAN'S THOUGHTS AFTER AJAX-PSG

Read Zlatan's thoughts after the Champions League-game against Ajax.

You leave Amsterdam and this season's first Champions League match with one point. Are you satisfied with the result, your performance and how the match developed?

ZLATAN: "We should have won considering the chances we got. Apart from that, I felt quite good out on the pitch today."

Until the equalizer from Ajax, it felt like you were in control of the match and one size larger than your opponent, but after the goal you let Ajax back in the game. Was that the feeling on the pitch as well?

ZLATAN: "Yes. That's the way I saw it too."

You still haven't lost a competition match this year, but three of the four last matches have ended with a draw. Why do you think it has been so difficult to seal the games lately?

ZLATAN: "We haven't succeded in reaching our usual level the last few games. That is why we haven't been able to come out on top."

Last season, Ajax won 13 of their 17 home games and this was your third 1-1 match against Ajax since you left the club in 2004. How come Ajax is so hard to beat on their home ground?

ZLATAN: "They are a good team, plus they always get great support here in Amsterdam."
